Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Simpson’s Mow & Grow, we understand that plans can change. We do our best to be flexible and fair when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

• No Charge: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least one business day (24 hours) in advance without any charge.

• Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be charged the full service rate depending.

Refunds

• If we are unable to complete your scheduled service due to weather or unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer:

  • A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund if the service was prepaid and rescheduling isn’t an option.

• Refunds are not issued for services already completed.
